Our company was founded on the premise that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, respect and compassion. Studies show that most people over the age of 70 prefer living at home. Staying at home promotes independence and comfort in seniors. Many families often try to honor this choice, but the added responsibility it brings can take its toll on an already hectic life. The Select Eldercare Stay at Home solution is an alternative to long term care and allows older adults and disabled individuals to remain safely and comfortably at home with an experienced caregiver.
Dedicated Team Members
A Registered Nurse develops, modifies and oversees the customized care plan and supervises the caregiver for your loved one. Each individual care plan outlines the appropriate combination of elder care personnel and home health care services that will help keep your loved one happy and safe.
A Caregiver is screened and carefully selected to address the individual needs of the client, whether he or she is living at home or in another residential facility. The caregiver may be a Certified Home Health Aide, Certified Nursing Assistant or in-home companion.
Caregiver Compatibility and Continuity
We strive to ensure that all of our caregivers are compatible from the beginning of an assignment. If a client requires that we make a caregiver adjustment, we will gladly make whatever changes are necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
We also understand that change can be very stressful and difficult and because of this we will do our best to meet the needs of each client. Having the same caregiver is priceless and offers stability for both the client and the family members.
Select Eldercare is a private pay agency. We will work with you to provide the appropriate documentation for you to submit for long term disability insurance/workers compensation reimbursements. Our rates vary depending on the need of the client. Please contact our office for more information.
